Attendance

Attendance will be monitored in all classes. Consistent attendance increases strength, technique and confidence. Consistency also enhances your dancer’s experience and allows for friendships to be formed that can last a lifetime.

Tuition Policy

*Tuition does not include recital fees, competition fees, costumes, competition entry fees or recital tickets.

* Tuition will be the same whether a month has 5 weeks or holiday closures causing 2-3 classes.

*Late Fees - A $30 late fee will be charged on the 10th of the month for delinquent accounts.

Punctuality

Dancers arriving more than 10 minutes late, will not be permitted into class. Class structure provides ample time for warm-up, stretch, progressions etc. Arriving to class greater than 10 minutes into the scheduled class time can be detrimental to the dancer and disruptive to the class. Classes missed due to tardiness, illness or pre-arranged vacations may be made up within a month of the missed class. If a dancer has multiple tardy concerns for a specific class, Evolve staff will suggest a new class assignment.

Make Up Policy

Class structure provides ample time for warm-up, stretch, progressions etc. Arriving to class greater than 10 minutes into the scheduled class time can be detrimental to the dancer and disruptive to the class.
